Countermeasures against COVID-19

The threat of COVID-19 has yet disappeared. The organizing committee of Humanoids2022 follows the national guidelines to make the conference safe. We are not allowed to have dinner together in a large crowd, and hence, will not have a welcome reception and farewell party. We would also like to ask all the attendees in-person to take the following countermeasures to prevent the further spread of infections.

  • Please take your body temperature before leaving for the venue and also at the entrance by a thermometer. Please do not enter the venue if it is 37.5°C or above.

  • Even if your body temperature is lower than 37.5°C, please avoid coming to the conference if you have flu-like symptoms.

  • Wear a face mask, especially when you are talking with others at close range. Please do not dispose of the masks at the venue.

  • Please refrain from physical contact and conversations with eating and/or drinking.

  • Sanitize your hands frequently with rubbing alcohol that is available in the venue.

  • Keep a safe distance from others.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation to respect our guidelines.
